Simon Soto began his career in medicine in 2012. For three years he served aboard a ship as a Junior Hospital Corpsman, immediately taking on the role of Primary CPR Instructor, First Aid Instructor, and Medical Training Team Coordinator.

In 2015 he took an assignment at a hospital in Rota Spain, where he was employed as The Basic, Advanced, and Pediatric Life Support Program Administrator, Training Site Faculty, and BLS Lead Instructor. During his tenure, he established its first-ever High Fidelity Simulation Training Center. 

In 2019 he became an Independent Provider and has continued to treat patients, teach medical training, and improve his skill set.

He currently holds certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Tactical Combat Casualty Care.

In 2023, he established HEARTSAVERS LLC in order to provide easier access to First aid and CPR training to his community.
